Barwon View Stud breeds quality Shetland Ponies, with a focus on temperament and confirmation. We have now also purchased a Pure Crabbet Arabian filly who will be the foundation of our Arabian Stud.
We are located in Winchelsea, on the banks of the Barwon River - halfway between Geelong and Colac in South-Western Victoria. We are only 1 1/2 hours from Melbourne and 1 hour from Ballarat.
We have produced five foals thus far. Please refer to the "Shetlands for Sale" page to get some information on the 2007 foals for sale. On our sales page you will also find that we have 2008 foals bred by the Pentland Stud for sale.
Stud tours are always welcome, but please call first to make an appointment.
